Doesn’t this frosty weather make you feel like a fondue? Mmmmmm - it certainly does me. Treat yourself to one this weekend. Here’s my recipe from Winelovers’ Kitchen (link in profile. Definitely lived up to its reputation. Great menu, kicking off with vitello tonnato and bagna cauda and some really indulgent wines from @massolinowinery including this charmingly bright, breezy dolcetto. Some lovely barolos too.
