Where is Maui Kai?
Maui Kai is located right on the ocean on the west side of Maui. There is excellent snorkeling nearby at Black Rock Beach, and the historic whaling town of Lahaina
is less than six miles to the south. If you're looking to get a relaxing massage, the premier Ho'ola Spa at Honua Kai
is under a mile away.
The immediate beach area is uncrowded, and you might be lucky enough to sight huge whales passing in the shallow waters between Maui and the neighboring island of Moloka'i. If you're looking for places to see the land-based beauty of the Aloha State, it's just a few miles to the excellent hiking at the West Maui Forest Reserve.
There's plenty of man-made fun to experience in the area as well! World-class golf and tennis can be found just a short distance away, and you'll find all the shopping you could wish for at Whaler's Village three miles to the south.
Maui Kai Condos
The decor of these condos is elegant in its simplicity. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare some of the island's mouth-watering cuisine, which is heavy on fruits, vegetables, and pork, then bring the food out onto your private lanai where you can feast while watching the swell of the surf. As it grows dark, pour a glass of wine and enjoy the vibrant colors over the water as the sun sinks below the horizon.
Each condo has an iPod docking station, as well as a flatscreen TV with cable and a DVD player for entertainment. The resort has a DVD collection of current releases available for borrowing, so this is the perfect time to watch that flick you've been wanting to see while cuddling with your sweetie.
Resort Amenities at Maui Kai
Free parking and internet are available for all - in fact, WiFi can be accessed poolside and there's even a printer in the cabana! Having to work on vacation may not be ideal, but being in the open air by the pool will sure take the edge off!
Bring a book out to the pool for entertainment as you work on your tan in the lounge chairs. If you start to overheat, jump into the pool and splash around or play Marco Polo with the kids. Once you're done, spend some time relaxing in the hot tub and make new friends among your fellow travelers. When you're fully rejuvenated, head back to your cozy condo to freshen up for dinner, or stay in for some low-key entertainment.
Don't try to resist the siren song of the beaches on West Maui
- book your vacation condo now and get ready to make some memories!
